Shipping

All items are made to order, even if you order a standard size. Please allow three weeks for your item to be made. If the item is in stock, it will ship the next business day. In stock items are listed in the "In Stock" category.

Smaller orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. Large orders are shipped via FedEx ground.

International orders are shipped via USPS first class international mail. Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. I can only mark packages as merchandise with the true value, as it is a violation of US federal law to mark as gift.

to help you figure your own duty charges. I will not be held responsible if it is inaccurate. Each country has it's own custom and duty laws.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is based on weight. A few items are heavier and count as two items in the shipping charges (ie. jumpsuits). First class, priority and express mail options are available at checkout. Please add items to the cart to view shipping charges.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returns and exchanges accepted on unwashed, unused merchandise. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is for defect.

Items that are custom sized or designed by the purchaser are not returnable. I will gladly work with you on altering an item or working out a solution if the fit is not perfect.
